Nothing Added, Nothing Lost

Healthy Mantra was born out of a simple frustration — the oil we grew up with, the kind our grandmothers used, had disappeared from our kitchens. Replaced by refined, deodorised, bleached products that stripped away everything good that nature put in.

So in 2018, we set out to change that. Starting with a single wooden gharani (cold press) in Hyderabad, we began pressing oils the traditional way — slowly, gently, at low temperatures — exactly as it was done for centuries.

Today, we press over 13 varieties of cold pressed oils and source raw wild honey directly from forest hives. Every product carries the same promise: pure, unadulterated, and as nature intended.
